I think people are losing interest in the "green" movement right now. People might "feel" better about the whole thing but there isn't one thing in this slide show that is going to make or difference, or even proven to be healthier for that matter.
1Eating vegetables and fruit isn't proven to be healthier? I must respectfully disagree. Isn't that one of the few things we DO know is better for you?
2I think you are wrong, people are looking for more ways than ever to be "smart" Cooking at home, not buying processed foods and meats, and buying local is a growing trend. Not just because people want to take care of themselves but because they have discovered that it can save them $'s! It is interesting what you can save when you are willing to make a few minor changes in your life.
