I am always looking for diet tips to share with you and I found this one in The Diet Support Group of all places.
Hollywoodjess had this little bit of advice to share with you all:

Don't want to snack while cooking? Chew Gum! Then you wont be able to nibble on anything!
Thanks Hollywoodjess, I will surely use this next time I am baking! I eat so many chocolate chips before ever adding them to the cookie dough!

2This is a great idea.
3I have consistantly did the gum thing anytime I know I want to snack but do not NEED to.... it works very well, especially a new piece of gum, so flavorful!

6I do this all of the time. I go through 3-4 pieces of gum a day just to keep myself from snacking all of the time. I find that mint gum helps the most. I like orbit the best too...sugarfree!
