As if you needed another reason to exercise, but CNN has listed three more reasons to get moving: Better Sex!
According to a new study of more than 31,000 men by the Harvard School of Public Health, those who were physically active had a 30 percent lower risk for erectile dysfunction than the men with little or no physical activity.
No ladies, the men do not get all the sexual benefits here. Another study by the University of British Columbia found that 20 minutes of exercise spurred greater sexual response in the women participants compared with no exercise at all.
Overall, people who exercise regularly feel better about themselves, feel more sexually desirable and report higher levels of satisfaction, according to a study in the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality.
Now don't say I never gave you any good news.

It is fun to exercise and look good
1Heck yeah.
2its true , i believe it!
3I believe it. I've noticed that my body perception has changed with exercise. I accept my body more, I like being toned and I respect it's strength. I don't focus on what's wrong with it as much as my girl friends who don't exercise. I don't look like a model nor do I have a perfect body, but that's not the goal, like many people seem to think and strive for. I think being proud of what I do in my everyday life is - and while the life agenda may be different for someone else - for me exercise ultimately makes me feel good on the inside. And some guys really dig a chick who's not always asking the question "Does this outfit make me look fat? or "Gosh I hate this body part." Negative energy is negative energy. Life's too short to inflict such criticism on one's self. Exercise helps me to cleanse that from my spirit, it helps me let go of the day's stress, it clears my mind, it helps me be happier, more calm, peaceful - and that's a very attractive vibe to put out in to a world like ours.
