We've all been watching as Jessica Simpson tones up using the 5 Factor and she looks great!

We're used to Jessica saying some off the wall things (chicken of the sea anyone?), People.com got the scoop on her recent interview with Harper's Bazaar where she seems to be making perfect sense:
On her butt: One thing that has changed is her body, as she prepares to join the Marines in her upcoming movie, Major Movie Star. "I've started with a trainer, Harley Pasternak," she says. "He's given me a butt, because I have white-girl syndrome. I have to do as many squats as I can to get a little booty. ... I have to be [diligent]. I'm a curvy girl. You don't want to see me not working out."
On her curves: But she's fine with her curves – and she thinks guys are too. She recalls attending a recent fashion party with her friend and hairstylist Ken Pavés and asking him, "Do you think the guys in here are all really looking at all those skinny girls and thinking, Wow, I want to get with her? Or are they looking at the girls with the curves and thinking, Yeah, I want to get with her!"
Simpson, for one, knows where she stands. "Curves are better," she says. "I don't get the whole rail thing. It's not good for your heart, it's not good for your mind; it's emotionally destructive, it really is."
Nice Jessica! I am very impressed with such positive body image messages coming from her. There are more pics of Jess looking fitter than ever at the airport, so read more

Even for being curvy she's still pretty skinny. But I think her body is awesome and totally want it
1I hate those William Rast jeans on her (and everyone else who wears them). All those squats are for nothing if you wear jeans designed by Justin Timberlake that effectively make J.S. and Jessica Biel's butts look flat! JT should stick to singing and dancing, not designing. As for Jessica, she looks a lot better recently, but she's not curvy. Sorry.
2i'm sorry but if she didn't have Double D boobs she wouldn't be considered "curvy" at all IMO
so i'm not a fan of her quotes or her for that matter.. ughh
3too bad her "curves" are fake. i know, i know, she says they're not, but when you're that thin, boobs that high and perky are made of plastic. full disclosure: i can't stand her, can you tell?
4I'm sure she diets on lettuce and protien just like the rest of us. She's a skinny girl
5Go Jessica! She's so right about being rail thin is horrible for the body and mind. I don't think she's had work done; she looks natural to me. Plus, she not that thin.
6I DO believe she's curvy when she's not in movie shape. I think she looks great either way.
7She's very pretty and also small, but she can look so manly in the wrong clothes. It's all about the stylist! I hope she never wears a high-necked, long-sleeved mini dress again. It makes her look like a science experiment.
8Actually...as much as I hate to admit it, JS has had the same size chest since her early teens evidential from pics taken at that time, way before she became a starlet. She's got good genes, plain and simple. I completely agree however - she wouldn't be curvy if her bra size was a little smaller.
9If you look at certain pics of her, her breast size seems to go up and down. She was very busty as a teen, but then with all the dieting they kind of deflated. Im pretty sure she at least had a lift, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. There's a lot of pics of her on awfulplasticsurgery.com.

10White-girl syndrome? In what kind of parallel world is she living?! I'm as white as anybody can be, and I've got a butt, definitely! I'm running every day to control its size!
11What curves?
12I like her, and she looks great! If she wants to lift up her shirt a lil' and admire her hard work good for her lol. She's adorable!
