well deli meats are notorious for their sodium....thats why i get a veggie sub from subway!

5I usually just avoid all the crazy crap and sauces. If you're looking to avoid sodium at Subway get the oven roasted chicken breast. It's higher in calories but lower in sodium....so I guess either way you win some and lose some.
