Jessica Simpson has been slimming down quite quickly as a result of following the 5 Factor Diet, but could her weight loss be partially due to her new favorite beverage?

Probably not, but it's fun to speculate. Jessica has been spotted drinking Fuze a lot lately. Fuze has gained popularity in part due to its yummy taste as well as the fact that one bottle of Slenderize Blueberry Raspberry (what she's holding above) has only 20 calories, 4 grams of carbs and 2 grams of sugar (contains no aspartame). It's also high in Vitamin C and has a boost of Chromium to elevate your energy. The slenderizing part? Well it's enriched with Super Citrimax, which is supposed to help curb your appetite and boosts energy levels.
Me I am sticking to my water, Fuze actually proved to be a bit too sweet for my taste (rare for a 'diet' drink). However if you want to try Fuze for yourself, then visit DrinkFuze.com to find out if it's sold in a store near you.

Fuze tastes okay but I do prefer plain water.
1i do like the fuze slenderize drinks a lot!
2They're decent. I wish it was fruitier and less sweet, though.
3Never tried it. I guess I'd give it a shot, but not because Jessica drinks it. She's not someone I want to emulate in most areas. I do admire her legs, though. But she didn't get 'em from a drink!
4i love fuze, i dilute them and they taste pretty good. I like the flavors they offer. Didnt make me lose any weight though, but thats not really why I drank them. I wonder if she is getting compensated for being photographed with it all the time?
5sweet!!!! no ASPERTAME!!!
6i'm so trying this!!!
I like the Slenderize Tangerine Grapefruit, not because I think it will really help with weightloss but because it's got some flavor without the Aspertame or HFCS. I usually have one in the morning and drink water the rest of the day.
7wow, jess has been looking really good lately! i have not tried the fruit fuzes, only the tea versions; maybe i'll look into it!
8she got great legs. I want her legs!
9ugh i just checked out the nutrition info and there's two servings per container. Not cool.
10The Fuze Slenderize drinks don't have Aspartame but they do have Sucralose which is basically the main ingredient in Splenda, an artificial sweetener. The Fuze tea drinks do not use artificial sweeteners so those are tasty options for those like me who are trying to cut out AS's all together.
11I love these drinks. The nutritional info that was stated above if for the whole bottle and I think that's pretty good. They're a good size drink, taste great, only 20 calories. Awesome. Obviously not going to make me Lose weight, but at least I'm drinking fluids (I hate water, I know I know)
12They look good, but I think we crashed their site... No idea where they sell these locally... maybe Whole Foods?
13I love the Cranberry/Raspberry flavor -- it's tart, not sweet, and has only 10 cals in the whole bottle. They sell them at my normal grocery stores -- Kroger & Giant Eagle.
14I like them a lot. And I thought they were 5 cals per serving (aka 10 cals per bottle) not 20. I don't drink em all the time, they run about $2-3 a bottle. I'll stick to my filtered water most of the time.
15I actually just bought the 5 Factor Diet book and i have to say that I'm really impressed with the plan. I'm going to start on the plan tomorrow!
16I want to try that Fuze drink. I love trying new health drinks (not diet related product though.) A healthy life style is so important.
17I've been drinking Fuze for awhile. Mostly in the morning for a bit of energy and a lift. The rest of the day it's water.
18its worth a try
19I'd like to try this, does it have caffeine?
20I'd like to try this, does it have caffeine?
21Fuze drinks are awesome. But yes some flavors have caffeine.
22I love Fuze! It's light and fruity and maybe I'm just making it all up in my head but, I really do think it supresses my appetite. They're great for drinking after you've worked out.
23i tried fuze and personally thought it was okay.
24it didn't really have a distinct taste to me and I prefer my vitamin water =)
i agree its REALLLLY sweet.
25i personally like the individual servings of crystal light.
pop them into your reg bottled water and it's only 5 calories.
i tried fuze and it was good. I did notice the sucralose on the bottle as an ingredient though and something else called ascesulfame potassium which i believe is an artifical sweetner. I wish they used stevia instead. I also tried their green tea with honey which had more calories but is very good.
26i tried fuze once because my friend was obsessed with them and swore he was losing weight because of it. i thought they left a nasty aftertaste and was definitely not worth the money.
ps, for anyone looking, they're sold at kmart. at least that's where i got mine
27Fuze had a booth at a recent exercise event here in nyc and i had a chance to try all the flavors. my initial tasting was okay, so i took a full size bottle home to get it really cold.
it was a little better, but i have thing for fake sweeteners. they tend to leave an after taste in my mouth. i don't see myself drinking this everday, but i may buy one (they gave out coupons).
i'm old fashioned, so water is my drink of choice.
28I LOVE the Fuze Green Tea ~ I have a huge stock pile of it in my cupboard. To me, it tastes better than any other Green Tea.
I used to be hooked on the Slenderized drinks that Fuze has, but something in them gave me a rash.............
29I LOVE slenderize fuze!! I love it more than water for sure, although sometimes I totally crave water, like right now! Fuze is good to drink about 30-45 minutes before a meal & about 10-15 minutes after a work out! Yummy! But remember if you want to save calories: drink slenderize!
30Fuze is actually really good .. i love it and drink it everyday but the slimming factor .. i dont see very much of considering how often i drink it
31Never had it...hmmmm...
32Never had it...hmmmm...
33The only way you are going to lose weight rapidly, and sustainably is to eat little, and excersise alot. Whilst fuze may help, you are curbing your appetite with calories, so of course it won't be as high as it may at any other time in the day.
excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise excersise
and some more excersise combined with a few small meals throughout the day, don't touch a morsal of food after six o clock, and there you have it.
34You'll be thin, toned and hungry.
i do like fuze slenderize as well! i want to try the others next time but i always end up buying the 'slenderize' ones hahahha
35Water for hydration and no sweetners/chemicals.
Bee pollen for energy.
36They're pretty good, but I typically stick to water and teas, and I'm trying to cut out the diet coke!!
37I used to drink Fuze everyday and lost 10 pounds in two weeks. So I stopped drinking it as often because that was too much for me. I'm too tall to be really thin...its hard to find jeans too! LOL But fuze tastes good though...strawberry melon is the best I think.
38I've seen them, but never bought one. I think I'm gonna try it out tomorrow... not because of Jess, but b/c of y'all!
39I had one couple of weeks ago.My boyfriend brought some home.I drunk one.I think they are ok I prefer plain water and seltzer water compared to Fuze
40FUZE ROCKS!!!
41Love the taste but give me a freaking break..
42$3.00 a bottle on long island here......I guess you need jessicas money to afford it.
