1I love this; this is on my christmas list for my hubby! Whenever I'm stressed, I do yoga and visualize our honeymoon to Kauai and how stress free I felt then. How awesome would it be to do yoga on a mat that has my favorite pic from the vacation?
2You can also make your own yoga props. it's easy to create a bolster or block at home.
