
I try hard to strengthen my body as a whole, but because of all the running, biking, and yoga I do, my legs are definitely the strongest part on my body. How about you?

I try hard to strengthen my body as a whole, but because of all the running, biking, and yoga I do, my legs are definitely the strongest part on my body. How about you?
My legs — for sure.
1Overall, my body is equally strong as a whole. I do exercise my whole body, as balance and symmetry is important to me. I have a shapely upper body, core, and lower body. Because of this, I think I move well, as my entire body is well-conditioned.
With that said, I think I do have an Achilles' heel. It's my lower back. Due to an injury when I was a teenager, my lower back is a little sensitive, and it's the first part to complain when I'm fatigued. Per my medical check-ups, I'm fine, but I do need to guard it sometimes.
2well my legs are strongest, but my most impressive LOOKING feature is my arms, bc they're better toned. I tend to gain muscle mass, so it's really easy for me to get big guns, unfortunately
3Years as a figure skater and dancer...ya, my legs are hella strong.

5I've always had freakishly strong man-arms, no idea why! Every time I get a shot, the nurse asks me if I play tennis lol
6My lower back is actually my strongest, but my abs are still week. (Legs are a close second.)

8My legs! I think that naturally women have stronger lower halves. It's incredible how weak my arms & upper body still are even after lifting weights, yoga, and push ups...something ain't right.
9I heard from a trainer that legs tend to be the strongest body part for women. Looks like the results of the poll fit that idea.

12Considering that I can squat more weight than my husband (who's twice my size), I'd have to say my legs. I think women in general have stronger legs because they HAVE to...we have to carry babies around for 9 months; that takes quite a bit of endurance!
13Legs, for sure. Gosh, I wish I could say my core is my strongest part! Definitely working on that.
14Rock climbing has made my body pretty strong all over- but my legs are definitely the strongest
15Legs are supposed to be the strongest part of the body for men and women. I found that most women have much stronger legs then they think.
