Protecting your skin, especially on your face, can feel like a full-time job in the Summer months. My goal is to wear SPF 15 on my face daily, no matter what I have planned. What about you . . .

I tend to pick cosmetics and/or skincare that has SPF built in. Better safe than sorry!
1yes everyday, in summer and everyday for the rest of the year
2Weird, I read an article when I was 12 about SPF and been hooked and wearing it daily since.
3My tinted moisturizer has SPF 30 in it. So I only wear it on my face everyday, but if I'm going to be out for a while I will put at least a SPF6 on. Which is probably still not enough...
4I think using daily sunscreen is necessary
5I use a face lotion with SPF15 daily, but I don't put any other sunscreen on unless I know I'm going to be outside for a long time. But in my defense I don't really spend *that* much time outside.
6I'm only outside on my 15 minute commute to and from work, so I don't usually bother. If I know I'm going to be outside any longer than that I will.
7Face lotion with SPF. Every day.
8I have worn SPF 15 since I was 15 years.
9My moisturizer has spf 27 (random number huh?). And my foundation has spf 25.
10My daily moisturizer has SPF 30, and when I wear foundation I get and added SPF 19 (don't know where that random number came from). If I'm going to be out for a long time I'll put on SPF 45. Either way, my legs are always covered and my arms usually are too.
11Yes everyday on face and neck SPF30. Staple in my routine.
12I spend most of my work days in the office, with not much of a commute between here and home, so all I have is tinted moisturizer with SPF 30. On weekends when I spend more time outside, I definitely put the sunscreen on all over.
13I wear moisturizer with SPF 15 and makeup with SPF 15 daily. I carry body sunscreen with me on weekends when I'm actually out of doors.
14I use Neutrogena Daily Defense Moisturizer, SPF 45. If you're putting on facial moisturizer anyway, might as well block all those harmful UV rays!
I also highly recommend Freez 24/7's Ice Shield facial cleanser with SPF 15. It's rare to come across very many facial cleansers with SPF and this stuff is gold.
15i fully intend to every day! i actually remember 4 or 5 times a week
16Absolutely. SPF 55. I RE-APPLY that stuff at least once a day.
I have really fair skin, and I could feel the blistering from the sun. Seriously. Sunscreen is a must for me. I've had to use it since I was a teenager.
The good thing is that my skin is in great shape. Not a wrinkle in sight, natural peaches and cream complexion.
17when i go out
18I really only wear it when I go out. Not, daily.
19i wear spf40 or higher on my face daily, and spf50 on my body. but sometimes things happen and i go to the groceries that is half a mile away without any on...
20my tinted moisturizer has sunscreen in it...benefit you rebel!
21I work from home so most days my skin doesn't actually see any sun but when I'm leaving the house I always wear sunscreen.
22Where's the NO button?
23I have spf15 in my face moisturiser but thats about it. I cant find a good sunscreen that isnt greasy so I just dont do it. Bad I know. I only ever wear sunscreen when Im at the beach or at the cricket.
24That is a serious overload of sunscreen, guys!
Do you have perfect faces because of this practice???
I'd like to see some photos of your faces to see if you're achieving anything by this.
I wear sunscreen ONLY when I know I'm going out in the sun for about 3 hours. It probably ends up being 20 times a year... and only in summer.
25my cosmetics have spf in them already- means I don't forget to put it on!
26Used to wear it everyday, but I've since decided Vitamin D production trumps anything else. I apply sunscreen to my face if I know I'll be outside or in the car for several hours, but I've found sticking to shade is enough to prevent sunburn or even a noticeable tan.
27Every day. SPF 15 is built into my moisturizer and I put regular sunblock on the rest of my exposed areas.
28i have used lubriderm daily moisture with spf 15 for at least the past 15 years and a facial moisturizer with either 15-30 spf for the same amount of time.
