Many of you are psyched you don't have to deal with snow or bitter weather now that Summer is here, but now you have to deal with humidity and high temps. Here are some tips for exercising in the heat.

I tried the wet hair trick and it didn't work so much for me. I just felt like I had a wet head and wasn't really cooled. Maybe I had my hair too tight and wind couldn't get through? Not
sure.

2Running in the shade is great. It's still hot temperature wise, but it is so nice not having the sun beating down on me.
3I just cut down my outdoor runs in the Summer but everything else I do the same.
