The Cheesecake Factory is notorious for its over-sized portions. With the exception of the Weight Management portion of the menu, the restaurant's nutritional information has been unavailable — until now.
The cloud of secrecy has been broken by a woman in Washington who took photographs of the menu after the state passed a restaurant disclosure law. Can you guess what they're serving up at The Cheesecake Factory?
1 of 6Question 1

S'Oliver
Jil Sander
Lola Cruz
I don't even want to take this quiz for fear of the results!
1That went poorly. I've never actually been to cheesecake factory, so it's kind of hard to guess!
2OMG, that's horrible!! Good thing I don't eat there! What did they do to the salmon to make it soooo fattening??
3This is disgusting, I'm never eating there again...
44/6 and I don't eat there. I am allergic to a lot of the stuff added in their food.
5That is awful how unhealthy their food is! One meal has more than a daily serving of salt, fat and calories! So glad I never eat there! (I wonder what their cheesecake has?)
6Holy mother of GOD. I will never set foot in this place again. Sick!!!!!
7Haha I didn't get *any* right. I don't eat there much...I haven't been in like a year [and that was only because I was on a trip...before that it would have been at least 2 years]. I figured their foods weren't healthy in the slightest, so I'm not that surprised...it doesn't taste like anything either.
8Question #4 - i'm pretty sure you mean milligrams
I've never been to a Cheesecake Factory, luckily we don't have them here!
9Those numbers are ridiculous for food that only tastes OK.I don't go often - maybe once a year.
10Please don't tell me how many calories are in the cheesecake. I'd rather stay ignorant about that one!
YIKES! Fat and salt are not spices!)
11Besides the fat and calories I'm more appalled at the sodium! Even their "Weight Management" items are drowning in it, it's ridiculous.
12To be honest, I don't really care. I go there maybe 3 times a year, and if I order something, it's usually my only meal for the day and I enjoy it. I don't eat anywhere near that same number of every day. If I want to go to Cheesecake Factory and enjoy it every once in a blue moon, I'm going to do it and not feel guilty or dwell on it.
But in no way would I eat like this every day.
13Let's not forget that people usually get some sort of dessert AFTER they ingest this poison! (sorry, but this is absurd! people should really be more aware of what they eat)
14Wow... and I was going to go there for my birthday in about 2 weeks. Maybe I'll go somewhere else...
15WOW!
16You must mean "milligrams" in all of your references to sodium, right? 3,000 grams of sodium would probably kill a person.
17I agree with deanna on this.
18oh this is that place where Blake Lively likes to go and eat before she has red carpet appearances and scantily clad photo shoots.. (J/K)
19Easy.. pick highest or second highest if the highest is rediculous.

I love Cheesecake ... but I've never had any of these dishes there so it was hard to guess. By the way it sounded it was bad though. =P
21The place is a bit pricey so it's only a once in a while treat, so it's not really as bad as fast food places in reality.
I've only been once and I liked what I had. But never knew the good was that unhealthy. I was however fully aware of how bad the cheesecake is for you, 800 calories a slice. But it was worth it as a once in a while treat.
22I don't make it a habit to eat at the Cheesecake Factory often, but I do enjoy it when I go on special occasions. The calorie count here doesn't surprise me. I wish it could change, especially when it comes to the items that should be healthier, like salads, fish and chicken. But who am I kidding; when I go I order a Factory Burger with fries (which I eat half of and box up the rest), and take home a slice of cheesecake!
23I eat there occasionally, since there's one less than a mile from my condo. BUT, in their defense, when I order a pasta dish, I eat about 1/4 of it and take the rest home and freeze it. Their portions are all over-sized, and you have to take that into account. If you divide the first dish (garlic noodles w/ chicken) by 4, which is the amount people ACTUALLY eat, it's less than 500 calories and only 6.75 grams of fat. I feel like these nutrition facts are really useless. Take anything you eat, multiply it's fat and calories by 4 or 5, and it will sound horribly unhealthy. They give you a lot of food - that doesn't mean you have to eat it in one sitting!
242/6 ... not good at guessing those numbers.
25I'm not surprised though since they're portions are HUGE.
It won't stop me from eating there though since there aren't any in Canada and I only go there maybe once a year if I am vacationing in the States and what can I say? I love the carrot cake cheesecake!
You would think I would know better, but sometimes a chinese chicken salad, with all of its fat and calories and sodium, is just the tastiest thing. Luckily I don't eat there as often as I did in the past.
26If I ever eat here again, I'll remember to share a plate with someone. Their food isn't even that great, the cheesecake is the only amazing thing on the menu.
27Gross!
283/6 Geez I wonder how bad the cheesecake is...
290/6, I underguessed on EVERYTHING, thank god I've never been to the Cheescake Factory, I don't think they even have them in Canada.
30I didn't take the quiz because we don't have a CF near me at all, so I never eat there. I figure all the crap they serve is loaded with fat and calories, so why bother?
31Never ben there, but holy crap!
32Yuck, I never eat at this place - it's GROSS.
33wow never going here again, this is disgusting
34It's only really that gross if you eat and entire entree. I have only eaten there twice, and both times I took at least half of what I ordered home.
35Damn I got a 0%?!!!. I will just come here for the cheesecake, where I don't feel so bad about the calories sabotaging my body because of that seductive whip cream.
36that place is gross.
37Ah ha ha ha! I totally got EVERY question WRONG! But it doesn't matter because when I do go to this restaurant (which is pretty RARE) I order a large & in charge salad with dressing on the side and no croutons, anything fried or candied, no nuts or seeds or fruit - simply vegetables & greens & pure protein like grilled chicken!
