That's just it LilSquirt1217...it makes me think that there are no tricks when it comes to fitness: just good solid workout staples to be consistent with.
I think there's something wrong with me (or maybe just my arms) because, depsite doing lots of cardio and strength training with both light and heavy weights (and LOADS of reps) I still have
hardly any definition in my arms Makes me sad.

I think I was expecting some new, innovative workout. These are pretty basic! I guess they are workout staples because they get results!
