I do some of these stretches already in my cube and they really help loosen up the tight muscles. Although I do think my coworkers would think I was nuts if I tried the down dog stretch.
Another good one is to do repetitions of turning your head to the right and left while sitting upright with your feet flat on the floor.

1thanks for the info fit. my neck is really tense and sore right now from goddess knows what but just doing a little bit of those exercises helped.
