As a Scorpio, you tend to feel guilty about not being perfect. It pains you to realize your body is not the ideal that you think it should be. Cut yourself some slack and give up on the pursuit of perfection. Find satisfaction in knowing that you are working hard to achieve you fitness goals and you're getting healthier—even if you never lose those last five pounds. Be true to yourself. If you know that your fitness plan isn’t as good as it should be, do something proactive instead of beating yourself up. Remember that self-love is the first step towards happiness and you deserve the best in life. By learning to accept your shortcomings instead of berating yourself, you may find it easier to reach your goals.

this is absolutely true! i always do feel guilty because i'm not perfect and then i'm going over the top, which leads to pulled and aching muscles! i have anyway totally believed in horoscopes (not the daily ones, i mean those character classifications), but i'm surprised that the fitness horoscope is not a total nonsense!
1wow - amazing. I usually snuff my face at horoscopes -- I think they're silly -- but this one if pretty right-on. I feel that over the last year I've gotten better at not being so hard on myself, allowing myself grace, yet appreciating discipline in a healthy way. It's hard sometimes to get myself out of that rut about not being perfect... but I've realized that life is so much more enjoyable when I do cut myself slack and actually change what needs to be altered in my life (whether my eating habits or exercise), versus just feeling sorry for myself and pouting.
Stay strong, fellow Scorpios!
2100% true. "You need to be perfect" runs thru my mind contantly when it comes to looks.
3i completely agree! in the back of my mind i'm always striving for physical perfection. i've learned over the last year or so to be a little bit easier on myself and enjoy life a little more.
