Heidi Klum did not get the nickname the body for nothing. After several pregnancies, we have seen her weight fluctuate with the best of them, but she always looked amazing.

So AOL reported on how the body got her body back in catwalk shape:
When Heidi Klum, who reportedly gained 48 pounds while pregnant, hit the catwalk just seven weeks after delivering her son, Henry, she showed off a slender body that was the result of intense workouts with a trainer. Heidi also followed a plan similar to the 3-Hour Diet, in which she ate small meals every three hours.

She is so adorable! But I remember reading in a magazine somewhere that she worked out twice a day to get ready for the VS runway. Crazy!!

2I know her trainer is David Kirsch, and in his New York Body Plan you work out for 90 minutes a day!! Insane, I dont think I could (one of my college rommates bought it but predictably never did a single workout). It's a two week plan, but his other book is a six week plan (and less intense), and his diet is an eight week plan. So maybe if one combined all three one would be perfect in two months?

5I was back to my pre-baby body in 12 weeks, sans trainer. It's about watching your calories, lifting weights and doing enough cardio. If you stick to it, for a lot of people it's pretty simple.
6I eat small meals about every 3 hours, and I think its the reason why I have consistent energy levels throughout the day. Now if I could just get myself to workout more, I think I'd be a whole lot healthier. Heidi always looks fab soon after giving birth! Nice to know how she does it
