There are so many diets out there that it's hard to keep track of them all. Wouldn't it be nice if there were one place where you could go online to get reviews of all the latest diets?

DietsinReview.com is a cool new site where you can find reviews of nearly 100 diets and weight loss plans, including weight loss supplements like the ever-so-controversial OTC pill alli. The site is easy to use so you can quickly find diets in four categories and compare and contrast them with informative reviews of each plan. I really like that there is a section to leave your own comments and/or reviews on the specific diet.

This is a great idea. We need an non-biased resource to check out these crazy eating plans, cause the friends who swear by it are not always so educated on nutrition...
1did you see that bread diet... haha if only...

wow, this is great. wait until i print out the article about the Wu Long tea....that my boyfriend spent $60 on last fall. i told him that was ridiculous but he swore up and down it was for real...grrr. it's bad when not only do you have to keep your spending in line but your boyfriends too!
4Before you throw your b-friend under the bus remember that Wulong tea is high in antioxidants and contains caffeine which suppresses the appetite. $60 sounds a bit stiff but maybe he got a high grade form of the oolong tea which can be pricey.
There are no silver bullets but green tea is a great addition to a healthy diet and a regular exercise regime.
