After putting on 17 pounds for the movie Nine, Fergie learned it takes a lot longer to lose weight than it does to gain. Let's just say she's "2000-and-late" when it comes to learning this weighty reality (can you tell I've added the Black Eyed Peas' Boom Boom Pow to my workout mix?).
The extra poundage is nowhere to be seen on Fergie's skin-baring Allure cover shot, and the singer credits working out with her hot husband's trainer for getting her super-toned body back. In her interview with the magazine for its May issue, Fergie said,"If I don't do sit-ups, my stomach sticks out. Legs are easy for me. That's my lucky spot."
Well, it's a little reassuring to know that taut tummy doesn't come without hard work. Do you have one area that you can count on to look good without much effort, like Fergie and her stems?

i'm the opposite. my stomach is always flat, my thighs are always fat.
My waist, where it cinches in, is my lucky spot. My tummy/hips, not so much.
My upper body. My arms/shoulders tone up by lifting a pencil, and my stomach has always been flat. However, the things I have to do to keep my butt in line make me cry.
My upper body, especially my arms. If I do 15 minutes of weights once a week my arms look super toned and if I don't do anything they still look pretty toned. My butt/upper thigh area? Not so much. The only thing that seems to work at all is running but even that doesn't do as much as I would like...
my butt....it just stays its small cute self, no work needed!
pretty much my lower body. my butt and legs just take care of themselves!
My stomach always stays flat, working out just makes the abs more defined
ooo yes. My hands and feet. They *always* look toned. LMAO
Oh I wish! I guess I would say that the only lucky thing for me is that when I gain weight, I gain it evenly.... Actually, I can say that my boobs are my lucky spot. I don't ever have to work them and they stay really small! LOL
I've always had pretty strong abs and a flat stomach, but my thighs always take forever to tone.
legs and arms--super easy for me. but the tummy? yah right!
From mid thigh down (damn cellulite) my legs are my sweet spot, but I would say I generally like my arms. They are buffed up right now but even when I am not lifting hard they seem to still look good.
My abs and arms are easiest for me to define. I'm happiest with my abs than any other body part. But I get compliments on my butt too.
My legs but my hips are my trouble spot:(
My butt and shoulders always looked pretty good even in my 10 lbs heavier days but keeping my stomach in control is ridiculosly difficult. My BMI says I'm good size (now) but I HATE my gutt. Anyone else?
Run2bfree, I'm the same way. I work out 5 days a week and overall I'm slim, but I still had a stomach that I didn't like. I was reading on here yesterday that it might be because I don't do enough lower and deep ab exercises so I'm starting to incorporate those today and see if I can flatten my tummy.
I literally, ONLY have saddlebags. No extra weight anywhere else. They seem to never go away and I look odd in jeans and tight dresses. It sucks.
My abs is always flat. My top abs are always showing, my arms are my hard part to tone.
Legs, particularly my calves, are the easiest to tone and train. Every other part of my body is nearly impossible to trim and train [though they're starting to do what they're supposed to, thank goodness!], but I always get compliments on my legs and calves. A little weird, but hey, I'll take what I can get!
my legs are my lucky spot but not my hips!
My stomach is always flat and since I have a nice hourglass shape I NEVER workout my stomach.
My fat thighs ..... well I hate them!
I guess my "sweet spot" is that I am very proportional, and like telane, I gain and lose weight evenly, so umm does that count?
Waist down is easy for me. No matter what I do to my upper body it stays! Arms, chest, tummy Booo, but if I walk a flight of stairs my calves are cut, my booty is like a rock. Having a big booty is "in" right now, looking like a potato stuck on toothpicks is never cute! Grrr...
missyd - LMAO!!!! We share the same body type.
legs and butt are so easy to take care of my stomach, no matter how many intense work-outs is never satisfactory.... i honestly can do 50 v-ups and work out my abs for an hour at a time-but barely any results occur. any times?
i do cardio as well..
Oy none!
When I put on weight, I get the whole thing: food baby, muffin top, bigger boobs,
rounder face, flabby arms, and don't get me started on the legs. Good reminder I need to work out a bit more..
Lucky spot would be my stomach/abs. My thighs, take alot more work for me, so does my butt.
My hair.
I practically have no bad hair days. All I do is wash and go.
The rest of my body needs diligent maintenance to look the way it does.
My upper body--arms, shoulders, and upper abs:) Just a few crunches and weights once in a while and they're fine! If only my lower body were the same...my thighs won't go away no matter what I do!!
My arms and back are my lucky spots. If I do pushups for a week, you can instantly see more definition. I wish my ab region was that responsive...I always have to train really hard to get any sort of definition there.
My arms and legs are so easy for me to tone and stay toned. Everything else is really hard work.
my legs are mostly ok. I would love to have an easy stomach. Even at my thinnest (which was a bad time and was scary skinny, maybe around 100 lbs at 5'8) I had a tummy. I've been asked if I was pregnant. Horrible.
Everywhere but my legs!
My stomach is always flat; my butt needs so much work to look even halfway decent
My legs. I live in a city so I walk everywhere and when I increase my cardio, it really shows in my legs.
my butt , even when I was in my fat days I always had a nice butt, and my stomach is not hard for me to maintain, but my arms , back and legs are the hardest for me, my legs are very hard.
My stomach, because it's pretty much flat without any work. Everything else is a pain to tone even a little bit...
I have such fat thighs! Ugh. I'm at a healthy slim weight right now, but to have slim thighs, I'll have to lose about another 10-15 pounds. Luckily my stomach almost always stays flat! I think I'd rather have it this way than the other way around - it's easier to disguise saddlebags than a big belly!
my legs are always really toned, but my stomach always seems to stick out- first place i gain weight, last place i lose it from. my upper arms could use more tonage too.
My legs, Stomach.. I'm at a slim weight
I suppose it's my legs too...but I actually lost weight and I think that puts me at risk for gaining fat. But with or without exercise the were the better part of my body, totally. I want to build lean muscle now and not worry too much about it.
Arms and waist stay the same. Stomach has gone to crap.
arms and waist.
Dunno if it really qualifies, but I'd say my ankles! They are slim no matter what my weight, well, I guess my lower legs as well. It's good because if I cover my upper arms and mid section during a larger phase (lol) I feel a little more confident and less self conscious.
