1question #3 does NOT work the quadriceps. the image depicts a hamstring curl, as the pad sits behind the ankle (vs. in front), which means the joint action is knee flexion, not extension.
2plus, the muscle image shown when the answer is revealed are hamstring muscles...!
3Campgirl84 is right, #3 is definitely the hamstrings and not the quads.
