Chef Workout: 4 Kitchen Stretches

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and there are always a few minutes here and there when waiting for water to boil and veggies to steam. I use those snippets of time to stretch. Here are four stretches I like to do that target your shoulders, hips, quads, and hamstrings.
