What do you normally eat when you watch a game?

Dune
how does a hot dog have that much sugar? yikes.
1It may not be good for me, but nothing is better than a hot dog and a beer at a ballgame.
2Wow, those Nachos scare me! How do they still have that much protein though? Mustn't be basing it on the cheese-style-sauce that movie theatres, etc. serve...
3Fit, I am a little baffled. Doesn't sugar usually count as carbs on nutrition labels? So the carb label has a higher number to include sugars?
4Not loving the numbers on the nachos
5I refuse to eat ball park foods because they're too expensive for the quality. And now I will never eat them seeing the nutritional data
6I only buy a hot dog and a bottle of water at the ballpark! A friend of mine and I, split the bag of roasted peanuts during the game.
7I am curious what hot dog they are using for those numbers - are they assuming toppings, or something? Both the calories and the protein seem weirdly high.
8Also, why would a corn dog have half the calories of a hot dog?
9Toomskt, I notice that a lot of places that sell corn dogs, use chicken instead of beef for the dog part. I'm not sure why, but they do.
10I never buy concessions at sports games because I refuse to pay the rip off prices for most of that crapola. I bring apples and bags of baby carrots to snack on. Much healthier and cheaper, too.
11I usually do a hot dog and popcorn!
12Sounds like a corndog and beer would be the way to go. Funny because I would've gotten nachos, that is, before I saw this breakdown.
13It looks like the columns for sugar & carbs have been switched.
And that hot dog must include the bun...
14I'm curious where you got these numbers from... because I'm pretty sure a soft pretzel does not have 488 calories. Unless its really, really big.
15Holy crap -- you'd think a snow cone would have a lot LESS calories than an ice cream cone!!!
16If you click on the "hot dog" link, it takes you to the site where fit got the numbers.
And yes, it does look the the sugar and the carbs are switched.
17I'm glad I saw this now than before I went to the ballpark a couple of weeks ago! Nothing like a beer and a hot dog while watching some baseball.
18I get the 12 oz beer with double the calories (do they even serve 8 oz.?)
I also usually have a strawberry shortcake, brats, or some garlic fries, but the food at the ballpark I go to is fantastic.
Baseball games and delicious snacks go hand in hand. Not really the place to eat healthy for me.
