I've been fitness exercising for over 20 years. I completely identify with this. Exercising has become a natural habit for me, like showering and brushing my teeth. It's just a part of my life.
1That's so true, completely agree with you GlowingMoon. I felt uneasy if I forget to exercise - just like forget to brush my teeth before going to bed. Exercise is part of me already - I wake up everyday at the same time even on a weekend - and I did not need to setup my alarm clock either.

3So true. Once you learn to eliminate the excuses it just becomes a part of your life that is non-negotiable.
