Check this out. Mark Pfeltz says he LOVES competition. He set out to break the Guinness Book of World Records for doing the most sit-ups.

Very inspirational, but I'm not too sure I agree with his form or technique...

Check out the Pilates Single Leg Stretch instead. It'll be easy on your neck, and it's a more controlled movement, so it really isolates your abs.
