Interval training has absolutely upped my fitness level to another degree. I highly recommend interval training - it's helped my strength and my endurance.
i really like interval training, especially running in intervals, but apparently sprints give u bulkier thighs while running longer distances at a lower speed leans out your thighs... i dont
know! i guess i can mix it up!
I am a fitness competitor and nothing leans me out for a show like doing intervals. I will do intervals on the elliptical as well as on the treadmill. It definitely makes cardio go by so much
quicker than slow chug cardio.
