We all have exercises we love and exercises we work hard to avoid. I have heard complaints about both triceps and lunges. These two exercises are workout staples for me. Each exercise has so many variations and you can make them both walk.

Actually crab walks and walking lunges sound like a great pair of full body exercises, and I think I will do them at my next workout. So obviously, I love them both. In the battle for your heart, which exercise do you love more?

I find tricep dips a little hard to do because I can never find a surface of the right height
1I find triceps dips awkward, but I could do lunges all day.

3ohhhh I hate lunges. They just kill me. I have really bad ankles and not so great balance so I always feel like I'm going to kill myself!

5I despise lunges, but I do them anyway because they are good. I love tricep dips! In general, I actually prefer upper body exercises, but I do lower body anyway just to keep everything balanced out.

7I have no problem with my triceps... but I always struggle with form when it comes to the lunges. I always feel like I'm going to fall over.
8i take my vote back! i voted for lunges because i hate them, not love them.. argh.. i cannot read..
9i haaate Triceps Dips, i'd rather do anything, but them. my wrists hurt like hell after 2 dips.
10I love lunges, but hate triceps dips, my elbows make this awkward creaking and cracking sound, so I suspect that dips are not for me.

12I have a spoon body shape so I can't do lunges without jeopardizing my body shape. Tricep dips are fun.
i've got stronger legs, so i prefer lunges
13For tricep dips I just use a sturdy chair and the height works out fine.
14Being a guy, I tend to have a fitter lower section so leg exercises feel like waste of time. Most of my leg work comes from running, dancing, and other cardio activities.
15i have this kinda love/hate relationship with lunges!!!
but i started to do them again!!!
