A lot of you 'fessed up that you neglect stretching, but I can't imagine not stretching as part of my fitness routine. From complex yoga poses to the simplest hip openers, stretching makes me feel relaxed and refreshed and keeps me from getting sore or stressed out. I particularly love stretching my hamstrings, but tell me: what's your favorite part of the body to stretch or your favorite stretch to do?

Hamstrings because it's the easiest. I'm super flexible in hamstrings, but I dread most of the back bends in yoga.
1hip flexors!
But my hamstrings are in a close second because they are always always tight!
2I actually love to stretch my calves. For some reason, my calves are almost always tight so that stretch always feels the best to me.
3i really like doing spinal twists in yoga. feels SOOO good.
4I love to stretch in general and never neglect it. I run a lot and I notice that stretching my hamstrings and hips makes the most difference for me as far as being able to run longer/faster. Stretching is so important though, I never understand how people can neglect it.

6Renee --- I should - and try to - stretch more, but I feel like I'm always rushing after my workout to get ready for work and can't afford the time to stretch ! I know I need to make time for it, though.
My fav body part to stretch is my back.
7My legs in general are usually tight, so I love stretching my quads, hamstrings, and glutes. I think my back is a close second, though...especially my lower back and hips.
8I love stretching in general....but the best feeling I get is from stretching my inner thighs! I know, random....

12I love stretching in general and love Yoga but I really dislike shoulder openers. Well at least my right shoulder . I recently started loving hip openers after having an emotional release on my right hip.
13Calves. They cramp so easily.
