Mmmm, sardines are my favorite snack! Strange, I know. I'm glad they help keep my bones healthy-- I'm lactose intolerant!
1Well I certainly love the combo of sardines packed in olive oil and spinach!!! Throw in some hard boiled eggs and I am in complete heaven!
