Father's Day is the time to recognize your dad and all the great things he has done for you. For example my dad and I finished many of our father-daughter bonding sessions with a trip to the candy store. Furthermore, dad's love for Rocky Road ice cream on Sunday afternoons somehow became my love for Rocky Road ice cream on Sunday afternoon. In celebration of him opening my eyes to desserts the world, I am heading to the gym with this mix. Love you, dad.

1There's an AMAZING song by Paul Simon called "Father and Daughter" (it came out only a couple years ago, I believe) that always makes me cry and think of my dad. If you haven't heard it, you have to listen to it on imeem.com. or download it from iTunes!!!
