abs, but that is just because i haev to work harder haha, and i am sore over a larger part of my body afterwards.
1I love doing ab work (after all, I teach Pilates), but I don't like arms as much because it always proves how weak my arms really are. That doesn't stop me from doing it, but it's frustrating to not see many gains in strength, even when you work hard on your arms. Mine are little sticks!
2I feel like AB work is too easy and I don't get enough out of it, but with arms...MAN I feel it the next day, especially when I do Tris.
3I rather do abs than arms.
4Ab work has been torture since I had my baby 10 months ago. Pregnancy stretches the muscles WAAAAAAAAAAY too much. I'm just now getting stronger and a little (very little)toned.
5I prefer arms and it shows, my arms are more toned than my abs.

7arms definitely give you the fastest results, i HATE working on my legs, it seems so hard if you don't have a membership to a gym
8I guess abs. I've started to relly like doing push ups, it makes me feel tough haha! I am an "apple" shape, so I'm basically a big belly with stick arms and legs, so I always feel like ab workouts don't do anything. I know they do, I just can't see it!
9Arms, hands down. I love ab workouts.
10I love doing abs. I work very very hard to have a flat tummy like I do and when I do my abs exercises I can feel all of the mustles in my stomach work. I have never really been a fan of arms.
11i love to work out my abs bc i think of the results i hate doing lnges tho bc u have to take extra time and go slow to get results..so thats the exercise that takes the most time for me

14I love doing arms and have a great excercise called all days.
You take a curl bar and lift 8 times with your arms at the end of the bar, 8 times with your arms in the middle of the bar and 8 times with your arms really close together.
Great workout because it works all your arm muscles.
15i love doing arms. i hate abs! i try to follow all the correct form yet it still hurts/burns my lower back (i have a lower back problem so it might just be me). the only ones i like are the bicycle style abs.
16is it easier to tone arms or abs? i like arms.....i have extremely long arms =).

19Abs! So much harder to do. I actually dread doing them. With arms, its whatever, they aren't that hard.

BTW someone said that they do not like doing abs because its too easy and all I can say is you need to change your routine because what is the point of working out if it is easy
21I don't even do arms. I do alot of aerobics so that tones them enough for me. But I have naturally bulky arm muscles so I try not to work them any more then I have to. My mom works hers 2 times a week and she looks like a body builder...not the look I'm personally going for
22Other - legs! I was blessed with my father's chicken legs. It's good because I don't have to worry about the appearance of them too much (until I reach the saddle bag area at least!), but it makes working them out so strenuous, like I'm such a weakling!
23I can do abs forever!!! I don't like doing arms much because I tore my trapezius a few years back so most arm things bug the hell outta my shoulder.
24Yes, lunges are the devil. Squats are no walk in the park either.
25ab workouts SUCK, but I really hate any workouts that involve using my bad knee.

I Like doing arms and ab's
31You'd have to be very low body fat to get abs, so I don't really do them - besides you unknowingly train your abs when you do more compound excercises which is alot better, but I do however do the plank alot.
32I love ab work because I love the results!
But I love doing bicep curls in the gym next to all the tough guys. It's an ego boost to keep up with them.
33I LOVE arm workouts. Post-pregnancy (even though it's years later) my stomach will never see the light of day, so I'd rather focus on what people will see!

35i prefer to work my abs(because its the one muscle that i need most work) - i train my arms enough at work, carting around wooden chairs & tables and crates of bottles..
36I work a lot on my abs (Pilates) and I LOVE it, and I get results. I work less on my arms, so they're not really muscly - more like stick thin.
37i love both, actually- but i dont like sqats/lunges and treadmill/elliptical. id rather run outside.
38i ♥ Abb work..it was and still is my fav part 2 work on my body..and i need 2 start wrkin on them again.
im soo weak in my arms.
