I wish they had some vegetarian burgers. I don't actually like their foamy sugary bread, but they are photogenic! I generally don't eat there, but I do steal a few fries when my bf brings it
home (and he always brings me ice-cream). It's not just for the sake of health, but they could reduce the amount of sugar they use by half and things would still be too sweet for my taste.
You couldn't pay me $10000000000000000 to eat at McD's but if you did have that much money to offer I'd be okay with any of this except the fries . . you did calories but what about fat? I
can go running to burn the calories off but fat doesn't go away so easily right?
The salads are sort of surprisingly good but for $5 I'd rather get a yummy Safeway salad. I'm surprised this list didn't include Egg McMuffins which are 300 calories or the Grilled snack
wraps which are 270 I think or an ice cream cone which is only about 150.
I've known about the 250 calorie hamburger for a couple years now. I can have a hamburger and small fries and feel like I've gotten away with something!
I always get the grilled buffalo chicken snack wrap...then unwrap it, throw out the tortilla and eat the rest. I have Celiac disease and it is a quick option when I am in a hurry.
I really hate discussions about "healthy" fast food. Even Subway isn't as healthy as they make themselves out to be. There are honestly sooooooo many more easy, quick AND healthy snack
options you can make or have at home. Why harp on a fast food restaurants -- where they generally focus in greasy fried foods? Just don't eat it if you honestly want something healthy.

I love their salads for a healthy fast food option!
1I'm actually pleasantly surprised how many calories there are in the hamburger.

3Julia Child praised McDonald's french fries. Not that I eat at McDonald's anymore, but the fries can look tempting on occasion.
4Good info...makes me want a cheeseburger!!!
