Yesterday was not a healthy day for me. I was busy and in a rush all day long, which lead to eating some unsatisfying, weird pre-fab foods. The only piece of produce I ate was a half of a banana, which I shared with my 4-year-old. This is definitely not the norm for me, but I am wondering how your diet fared yesterday and if you were able to eat healthier than I was.
So tell me . . .

Hmm, yesterday was a freakishly healthy day for me, with regards to fruit and veggies. I had a banana for breakfast, then I had a spinach & mushroom calzone for lunch, and for dinner I made this veggie sandwich I love - thinly sliced granny smith apples, carrot shreds, mushrooms, and sprouts. So yummy! So, I don't know how many servings, but it was a pretty fruit/veggie heavy day for me.
I had a normal salad and fruit salad, but then I ate a lot of easter candy too.
I had about 7 servings yesterday, but that is not the norm. I wish I was able to get that many all the time.
I love, love, love fruits and veggies. Yum. Yesterday was a low numbers day in terms of servings. But my biggest thing is giving up candy for over a month ... excepting chocolate. (I'm trying to develop an affection for it, believe it or not, for health purposes!)
Five or seven, I can't remember which.
I don't know how many servings exactly - but I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables every day.
I had oranges at breakfast, celery and carrots at lunch - and another orange, oranges, pears, apples at dinner - with a big side of steamed vegetable medley [green beans, peas, corn, carrots, sweet potatoes, onion, chives, garbanzo and jalapeno pinto beans].
So yeah...a LOT. ha.
I eat a metric ton of fruits and veg. I suppose it's better to indulge on clementines and strawberries than brownies and nutella.
I had a bad day, fruits and veggies/wise.
I had yogurt with fruit in it as a morning snack. For lunch I had a salad with lettuce, carrots, red grapes, and cheese. My afternoon snack was pineapple and grapefruit. Dinner....lets not go there!
I was a 6 or a 7. A serving of dried fruit with my breakfast, a medium salad for lunch and a whole pile of green beans and lima beans with a bit of quinoa for dinner last night.
broccoli at breakfast, carrot soup from whole foods for lunch, a really big salad (at least two servings worth) at my third meal, and then celery (with peanut butter) with my fourth meal. That's five right there!
alot.. I always try to get whatever the Canada food guide recommends which I think is 7-9 servings for me.
i think that i had 3-4 but now that i think about it more, i feel like my dinner had to have counted for more than 2 since i had a HUGE plate of veggies
I did about 5 or 6 but I'm usually closer to 8. Yogurt with blueberries at bfast, lunch was grilled chicken served over spinach and grapes with carrot sticks, banana as an afternoon snack and dinner was a veggie omelet with sides of steamed asparagus and broccoli. Usually I would also squeeze in a grapefruit and a banana/strawberry smoothie but I wasn't hungry enough after the gym.
I had 5...better than I thought. I found out that Morningstar veggie burgers count as 2 vegetables...good to know!
Bad day for me. Only had 2 servings. Raisins and an apple. Boo.
I eat so many veggies every day that I don't even count them. I probably had 9 servings or so of veggies yesterday, but I honestly don't keep track. You can eat just about as many veggies as you want without worrying about gaining weight, so I tend to fill up on them. I can't get enough of them!
I'm trying to clear out the fridge, so I had a lot of veggies yesterday.
I had dried fruit with my porridge for breakfast, raisins, sultanas, blackcurrants and goji berries. Then a fresh fruit plate later, with 2 sliced apples, 1 plum, 1 peach (and more dried fruit - 4 prunes). I usually have about 2 cups of grapes with lunch too, but we were out of them yesterday. For dinner, I had a baked falafel with 2 baked white-fleshed kumara (sweet potato) and about 3 cups of steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts. Most days, I eats heaps of veggies and fruit, they make up the bulk of my diet.
I live a plant based lifestyle and all my meals are leafy greens, veges, fruit, seeds, nuts and grains.

i am not a veggie person
The usual -- six servings total.
Yesterday I probably only ate about six servings, but lately I've been eating closer to ten or eleven servings. I've developed an addiction to bell peppers and garbanzo beans. And beets, and eggplant, and carrots, and tomatoes, and berries, and bananas, and kale, and etc.
Oh I read it wrong! I just counted fruit, so mine was lower than it should've been...
Although I don't think I really had too many veggies... :-/
I love Fruits and Veggies.
Had about a cup of pumpkin at breakfast... a 1/2 cup of cooked spinach at lunch and had 2 cups of raw spinach with about 5 cups of zucchini & summer squash & sauteed onions (1/2 a large onion)... Oh and then I had about 20 sheets of NORI & 3/4 can of Tomato Paste
