I have a few of those things but not too many options because I live in an apartment. I'd love to buy some sort of cardio machine, but the people downstairs would kill me.
This is a ridiculous list!! It's expensive!! For all this money you can afford the gym with more stuff inside it. What happened to just running as cardio or getting outside? I agree with
resistant bands and dumbbells, but this list is obviously not for those who are unemployed. The fitness mat for $70?!?!?! You can go to target and get it for less that $20. I think your list
was very insensitive by recommending a treadmill that takes up tons of space and is expensive! It's rent money!
I don't have much for cardio equipment, but I do have a jumprope...it's not in my budget to buy a bike or treadmill! However, I have plenty of dumbells and a resistance band. I have at least
five fitness videos, but I guess I could use more...I definetly don't have a fitness ball, and I need to get one because of the many exercises I can't do without one! Also need to get an
exercise mat, usually use a blanket.
The fitness ball looks like it's a great piece of equipment, but it takes up so much room. I stick with DVDs and accompanying weights & resistance bands. I love Billy Blanks' Bootcamp
series and its resistance bands. I also enjoy the jump rope.
I have everything, but only one size dumbbell pair right now. I'm working my way up, and have learned from this site not to be afraid of actual weight. I'm excited to build some real muscle.
