fitness DVDs out there, depending on the kind of workout you want and how intensely you want to move. Keep at least five that you really like, making sure you have one each that covers cardio, strengthen training, and stretching. If you're bored of the ones you have,
swap DVDs with a friend.

i don't have any dvds, but find more then enough to keep me busy on youtube. i particularly like sparkpeople
1i use netflix for this! i get bored really easily so constantly switching my workout dvds out for new ones makes me more likely to actually use them.
