I'm thinking of getting a little trampoline. Anybody have one? Does it give you a good workout?
I have the dumbbells, the ball, the mat but only 1 fitness DVD worth recommending so far (Mia St John's kick-boxing). I guess I should take a deeper look at your reviews sometime.
I have a little trampoline and it works, don't use it as often as I should, but I feel my hearbeat after the first minute or so, plus it's supposed to be easier on your joints. You can google all the health benefits.
Thanks for this.I'll keep this in mind. When I move out
An at home gym is great but even whats ubove can cost you extra cash. Dont get a treadmill, just good shoes and a nice outdoor trail. Replace dumbells with various (reusable not plastic!) water bottles filled with water or lead haha.
I always feel as though I use my toning equiptment more so than my cardio. I would rather ride my bike outside and run outdoors after working with my gym ball and dumbbells
