A Bikini Combo Workout: Quick Cardio and Kick-Ass Abs

Today's workout in our Bikini Body Countdown [1] is a fun calorie-burning, ab-toning session. And it only takes 30 minutes. Start with 20 minutes on the treadmill, playing with both speed and incline (or try this elliptical workout [2]). Then end your sweat session with 10 minutes of hard-core ab work! You've been working hard all month, so this quick workout is more about maintenance. Keep it up!
