So, what weights should I buy do to this at home?
1i always work on my arms,
2i got so sick of having really giggly arms so i decided to do something about it.
my arms are nice and strong and so are my legs,
the only thing i really need to tone are my inner thighs.
but even if you dont want to get so much muscle you should still lift weights to tone.
when you have a toned body you feel so good about yourself.
