I wish you wouldn't label some foods as healthier than others just because of one component... quinoa, for example, may be lower in fiber than the barley, but it is higher in protein. Or
pitting sweet potatoes against broccoli... just seems odd.
I did terrible, 2/6. I have never even heard of peral barley before! I definitely learned a thing or two though but I agree with xxkrist24xx about labeling a food healtheir because of one
component, somewhat misleading.
I agree with krist24; one factor isn't enough to make a food healthier than the other. For example, walnuts are packed with omega-3's and quinoa is a complete protein! Other than that, the
quiz was educational and challenging. I liked it.
I missed a few. I beg to differ about the question about walnuts and cashews. The answer was cashews because it has higher grams of protein, but walnuts have omega fatty acids, which is
suppose to good for the brain. Arguably, I think walnuts are healthier. JMHO.
I did the same GlowingMoon! I was thinking of Omega3's & total health benefits more than protein content. Got the barley one wrong, also. Good quiz! 4/6 Thanks!

10Wow mine was really bad. I got three right, oh well. Now I know more about it.
11Just out of curiosity, how much calcium does a woman need in one day?
12I just got wrong the mozzarella one.
13Wow I was thrown off by that last q. Who knew tortilla chips were less salty than Kashi?
14Wild Magelet, I believe it is between1200 and 1500 mg per day. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

16Wild Magelet - a woman needs 1,000 mg of calcium a day. Check out this list of good sources.

18I missed the cheese one...and I have no idea why.
19Woah, never would have guessed that Kashi crackers have more sodium than the garden of eatin' corn chips... o_O also missed the quinoa vs. barley one.
