I am going to try all of these-I've always done the 2nd one (not consistently) but I need to work on my upper body. And Halle Berry's body is my ideal body, so yep-I'll be doing these

First 3 are my favourite
1I do all of these and it definitely shows! I love it!!
2I do most of these moves twice a week and my back is definitely my favorite part of my body - lean and super toned.

4The plank and reverse row is too hard for my lower back.
