6 Ways to Mix Up Your Strength Training
Attack the Opposite
Don't just work your strong muscles over and over; balance that out by giving the
weaker, opposing groups a turn too. If you do a lot of quad work, be sure to focus on your hamstrings; bicep curl fans shouldn't neglect the triceps. Making sure the opposing muscles are strong will help prevent injury.
