Much has been said about the first lady's lovely arms. Michelle Obama favors sleeveless fashions that show off her wonderfully toned shoulders.

We all know the Obamas make fitness a priority in their busy lives, and Michelle recently revealed her secret sculpting weapon: squat thrusts. This move gets no love from the first lady. She explained her feelings to People magazine like this:
"It’s jump squats, you go down into a pushup then you jump up,” she said then about her routine. “What does [my trainer] call it? Squat thrusts! That’s the one I really hate. Squat thrusts with a push-up."
I, for one, love this full body move and that is why I consider it one of my March must haves. So how do you feel about squat thrusts?

My husband works as a Sergeant in a Prison and he says that this is how inmates stay in shape, by doing burpees. I'm not quite in burpee shape yet, but when I am I'll probably hate them! But if I can get arms like Michelle Obama, sign me up!

4I liked them when I was playing tennis. I just started them again this year and it's going to take awhile to like them again.
5i hate them, but i do them almost every day.
6i hate burpees, but my trainer makes me do them during active rest - i always feel like i'm going to throw up after doing three sets.

8I can't do them due to an old elbow injury, but they work. Instead, I do a combination of pushups and plyometrics. It takes a little longer, but there's not as much stress on my arm that way.

12I love & hate these. I love what they do but hate doing them,lol. Although I feel strong after doing a couple, like I've conquered it for at least that day!
13I love and hate burpees. I do them really well, but I think I'm just lazy that's why I'm always annoyed when I do them. They're very effective though!

18I did these when I was in a bootcamp! They were murder!! Though I can see why Michelle's arms are so killer!
