SmartGym

Smartgym is another $80 device that involves using resistance bands, but these are attached to a door. Big deal. You can buy cheap accessories to help attach the inexpensive resistance bands you already own to just about anything, and you'll spend a lot less than $80. Not only is the Smartgym overpriced, but the website says you'll burn over 840 calories an hour using this thing. Highly doubtful.

My $15 resistance band already came with a door strap to use with a closed door. So you don't even have to buy that accessory with some of them.
