Unfortunately when people gain weight, they can't choose where the extra pounds go. While a woman may be psyched to add some fullness to her chest, for a guy it creates an often embarrassing phenomenon — man boobs. Some, like my friend Giggle, affectionately refer to them as moobs, but they are no laughing matter. Some men want to get rid of this excess flesh as quickly as possibly. Instead of dieting and exercising to eliminate the excess fat on their pectoral muscles, they're opting for male breast reduction surgery. This proves that men are just as self-conscious about their bodies and their weight as women, and they'll do anything to avoid the public's scrutiny and jokes, even go under the knife.
