Hooray for another holiday that involves eating candy, pieces of chocolate, and decadent desserts. Definitely indulge in these sweet treats, but knowing how many calories you're consuming may help prevent you from gaining some Valentine pounds.

1ahhh i guess i don't know my cal numbers for v-day sweets. i guess it's a good thing that i don't eat them then right?
2Woow, thank goodness I'm not into chocolates on V-day. I much rather a sweet and sincere card.
3wow! I was wrong on almost everything! and its back to reading labels for me!
4it's a good thing you put this up here! i'm only a few pounds away from losing the freshman 15 i gained last semester so I really want to be informed on what I'm eating for Valentine's Day!
5Oh, but cheesecake is so delicious!
6I would've had question 2 right! The website says dark chocolate kisses have 180 calories for every 9 kisses...can I work for y'all as an editor? I need a job...

630 calories? OMG. Thank god through some genetic fluke, I hate cheesecake.
86/6 woohoo! I knew the cheesecake one because I remember reading an article about how unhealthy that place is.
95/6.. I did pretty good considering I never eat any sweets or candy
10Valentine sweets - yum!
11The Hershey's web site lists their dark chocolate kisses at 180 calories per 9 pieces, so it actually contains the fewest calories!
Um, my boyfriend sent me an ENTIRE Cheesecake Factory cheesecake for Valentine's Day...looks like I better share it!
12I knew the cheesecake would be that calorie-loaded. Deserts are ridiculous at restaurants! I've seen some at almost 2,000 calories(those chocolate cake ones with the chocolate syrup, with chocolate chips, ice cream and whipped topping on top)...dear "lawd"!!!
13guess i didn't quite know how to burn my chocolate calories off.. haha
