4While she has an amazing body, the one part of her I would NOT want would be her arms! They are way too manly. Sorry, just my opinion. I'll take her stomach or butt though!

8I can't say that I want my arms to be as muscular as hers. She has a nice bod, though. That outfit isn't too flattering...
9Not to say that her arms look bad, but I prefer someone with toned arms that aren't so obviously muscular.
10Smacks her spine is curved cause she likes to stick out her butt. If she had better posture her butt would look smaller...but I think she likes the attention for it (and I can't blame her) She is fakin the donk LOL

12I love her bod, I recently started to focus on my arms. i can do the push up on my knee..I want to move foward to the REAL ones!
13I detest pushups, but they'll obviously effective. Shoot.
14I do push ups off a ball. They're not too bad if you struggle to hold up your entire body weight.
15Seriously, for somebody who works out constantly, she has a really horrible posture...at least in the picture where she's being interviewed.
16Love pushups! Do em all the time. I think pullups, pushups, squats and deadlifts are the best exercises to do. Very effective.
17LOL MLT, faking the donk. I guess everyone's guilty of it sometimes (either to look like you have one or make your big butt look bigger). True enough.
18I think her posture is that way because she's wearing heels. That's what heels make you do -- stick out your bottom and arch your back. Also, I I think her figure is naturally that way, and wearing heels exaggerates it even more.
She is very fit. She (and Madonna) are one of the few celebs that have stronger-looking arms that I do.
