Personally, I agree with the tip of eating breakfast. Everything else is a little iffy to me.
1I follow everything except peppers. Yuck, I hate peppers. but I love water, green tea and etc and I always make sure to have breakfast.
2I just can't seem to drink my water ice cold. I actually can only seem to drink water at room temperature. It's so strange.
