Iron Cross Headstand
Finally, we're on to the last of the seven headstands! This series ends with a tough one called
Iron Cross Headstand. In this pose, you're balancing on the top of your head, and your arms are fully extended. If you can, your hands and head are in one straight line. Hold this for five breaths. Then come down and rest in
Child's Pose.
