Strike a Yoga Pose: 7 Headstands
In
Ashtanga Yoga, there are a total of seven headstands in
Second Series. Some are more challenging than others, but with a little practice, you can master them all. At first, try doing all seven separately, and when you feel stable enough, try moving through all seven without letting your feet touch the ground.

2Wow fit! Those are some pretty impressive poses! How long did you practice yoga before you were able to do that?
3Bellabunny - I've been practicing yoga since 2000, and these kinds of poses definitely took a lot of practice. The fact that they were challenging made me want to work on them more.
