There are so many reasons to exercise, from deeper sleep to boosting your immune system, but I have a few more work-related reasons to add the list. Exercising before or during your workday will improve your productivity. Adding workouts to your workweek doesn't just help your boss; exercising on a workday helps with stress management and can make you happier. If you can't fit in a workout before heading to the office, schedule one during your lunch hour. Instead of a coffee break, take an activity break. Who knows? You might just start to whistle while you work.

All right. Just finished some lunch break cardio --- ready for productivity!
I don't think 45 mns (that's drive time in that) would get me much exercise.
I work out during lunch every day. I look forward to it and I love it! But I don't think it makes me more productive. It renews my energy, if that's what you mean.
I do yoga during lunch twice a week and typically weight train after work.. love it and it works wonders for my attitude!
i go to the gym during lunch, and i guess you're right - it does sometimes make me more productive. i just find that breaking up my day somehow is the best thing for me, and working out always makes me happy (the whole endorphins thing)
I go to the gym during lunch too...it helps me decompress from the morning crunch (my mornings are INSANE) and gets me prepped for my afternoon work (which is only insane some days). Also, I get to watch TV while I work out and I can watch my new favorite show, The Doctors. And that definitely makes me happy!
what about the sweat?
shower!
Amen to your article. Once I started working out on a regular basis i started to feel better about myself and I found myself becoming more productive at work. please visit my site and share your thoughts with me as well. Thanks. http://i-agreetodisagree.blogspot.com/
