I just got the Nike + set for Christmas along with some new sneakers and I have been hitting the pavement ever since
1I could use those resistance bands
2If you look closely, you have to detach the handles from the bands. Seems like a PIA to me; they're cheap enough individually with handles that I'd just buy a couple and head to youtube for instructional videos.
