There's no denying my love for my daily, delicious, hot cup of coffee. While it's my habit to drink coffee in the morning and have green tea later in the day for a pick-me-up, others tend to get their caffeine fix right before a workout since caffeine can improve performance and increase endurance. Always. I'm drinking some right now to gear up for the treadmill! I find a significant difference in my endurance when I have a big cup of coffee beforehand.
