Giving birth makes many new moms have more appreciation for their bodies, and all of the women who gave birth this year should certainly feel proud of themselves. While all new mamas deserve honorable mentions for the hard work they put in to getting back to a healthy pre-baby weight, you voted that Jessica Alba deserves the best post-pregnancy slim down after she gave birth to her daughter Honor this year.
Jessica's trainer Ramona Braganza said that Jessica works out for an hour, five or six days a week, and following her pregnancy she was into the 12-week 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone workout. Because Jessica worked out during her pregnancy and gained just 25 pounds, it was easier to get back to her pre-baby shape.
Most of us don't have access to trainers and dietitians, and there's no reason for us non-celebrities to think we should be capable of fitting into our pre-baby clothes months after giving birth. However, we can take a note from their books and be consistent with our workouts and eating right when we're trying to get to a healthy place.

That is an r-tarded dress.
1I dunno, I sort of don't like Jessica Alba for some reason. It seemed like she didn't really want to be pregnant and was trying to gain the least amount of weight humanly possible without hurting the baby. I know she worked out during her pregnancy, but I think she maybe overdid it just a tad...wasn't she in the gym something like every single day? And while I give her props for losing the baby weight, it seemed like she wanted it gone yesterday and was right back at the gym straight out of the maternity ward. I hope she actually spent, ya know, 2 seconds bonding with her baby during the first few months of her life.
2Bleh. She's not that hot.
3It is hard to get rid of the baby bulge from having a child.
4I agree with Spectra. don't like jessica 'don't call me latina' Alba and I don't think it was so healthy how she went about her pregnancy and post pregnancy baby weight. I read that interview in allure and it seems like she's obsessed with weight and fitting the hollywood protocol.
5I used to like her (kind of), but she seems to think she is so hot (she isn't) and she is so self-absorbed. It's so obvious. Not to mention her lack of acting ability... somehow she still seems to think she is an A-list star or something. All during her pregnancy she never smiled (in pictures at least) -- it wasn't until after the baby and the weight was lost that she did, and in interviews she complained about how she had never felt so ugly or something. I think that is horrible. Plus there were pictures of her going to the gym basically every day. It's sad. Pregnancy is NOT about you, even if it was accidental. The only good thing she did it seemed was to take a few months, instead of a few weeks, to lose it. I think it's pretty unhealthy to lose it in a matter of weeks (ie: Heidi Klum & Alessandra Ambrosio, but technically they had to to be in the VS show). Anyway, hopefully Alba is a little less into herself and more into her daughter now....
6Who would let her wear that dress?
